November 2011

A quick note of thanks to everyone who attended our Pink Fiesta. We had a great time meeting new faces and sharing in the fun with friends and family.

We’ve been blessed with some rain over the last month.  Many of you had faith and planted feed oats and rye grass.  During the winter months you don’t need as much rain for these grasses, and a little goes a long way.  If you are looking to stretch your feed please stop by the store and pick up some rye grass or feed oats for your pasture.

The nice fall rain has greened up the pastures, allowing the demand on hay to wane a bit.  This is good news as Morales Feed & Supply has been able to secure additional hay that will last us longer this fall and winter.  Our hay reserves are looking good, call us or stop by the store for hay.

Looking for additional options to hay?  We continue to recommend  forage stretcher products to supplement your hay.  Both Purina and Acco have a selection of products available on the market right now.  Read more about hay replacement options on our website.  These are great products folks!  Give John a call at the store, he’ll help you figure out which product is best for your needs.

Morales Feed & Supply is thankful for our customers!  We wish all of you have a Happy Thanksgiving!
